Chillibean don’t sell beans. Or make chilli. At least, not for a living. But they do have a memorable name that sets them apart in the dry old world of digital file transfer platforms. Aimed at creatives and agencies who need to transfer their assets safely and securely (people just like us in other words), we knew our goal was to build brand recognition and loyalty, highlighting the benefits of their service in a fun, memorable way that set them apart in a competitive market. By making a virtue of their unusual moniker, we told their story by doing a ton of imaginative things with lots and lots of beans. Charming, witty and shot with a personality all of its own, we even convinced the voiceover artist to put on a Dutch accent. The London-based client loved it, but the sound engineer was pretty confused.
